Calling All Turkey Lovers: 46 Million Turkeys Project Needs YOU!

Artist Cheryl Miller is inviting ALL turkey lovers to contribute to her 46 Million Turkeys Project! Each year, an estimated 46 million turkeys are eaten by Americans on Thanksgiving each year. This project, started by Miller in 2013, is dedicated as an artistic remembrance to every single one of those birds. People of all artistic skill levels are welcome to participate. All turkeys submitted in accordance with the Official Guidelines will be included in a Special Exhibit at the Fireseed Arts Gallery in Framingham, Massachusetts, USA from November 6 through 26, 2015. The 46 Million Turkeys Exhibit Opening will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 7pm, and will include a vegan potluck and live music. The public is invited to attend, and everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to create a turkey for inclusion in the exhibit.
